Where Does the SAMPAR Brand Originate?
SAMPAR is a French brand. The development of the formulas, the laboratory and the production are located in France.
Does SAMPAR do animal testing?
We do not test any of our products on animals. We evaluate our finished products by means of clinical tests on people volunteers.
Are SAMPAR products non-comedogenic?
All our products are non-comedogenic, because we take care to select non-comedogenic active ingredients.
Are SAMPAR products 100% natural?
Although our products contain a high concentration of natural ingredients, they do not reach the 90% necessary for the designation "100% natural products".
Are SAMPAR products hypoallergenic?
All our products are formulated to minimize the risk of allergies.
Why should you protect your skin from pollution?
The skin, an organ of contact and protection, is the part of the body most directly subjected to attacks from environmental pollution. Whatever the place of life, urban or not, no one escapes the effects of atmospheric pollutants. The pollution particles attach themselves to the surface of the epidermis (sebum, makeup and waste). The skin suffocates, it is dull and skin disorders worsen. To fight against these phenomena, we have equipped each of our products * with the urban advance antipollution complex. Rich in 3 active ingredients, it neutralizes the harmful effects of pollutants, de-stresses the skin and boosts its natural defences.
How do you use SAMPAR airless packaging?
Our airless packaging preserves the power of the active ingredients and guarantees the total use of the product. The airless bottles are used as a pump bottle: a simple pressure on the nozzle delivers a quantity of product. For airless pots, remove the transparent cover. Take the product with both hands, leaving it vertical, then press on the white part with your 2 inches to release the product.

Warning: airless bottles do not have a dip tube and it sometimes takes several pressures on the pump to activate the mechanism and release the product.
Can SAMPAR products be used during pregnancy and breastfeeding?
As a precaution, we recommend not to use some of our products during the first three months of pregnancy as Essential Oils are contained in most of our products.
How long can I keep my SAMPAR product?
In their original packaging, without being opened i.e., without unscrewing the airless system, our products are protected from air and bacteria and can be kept indefinitely. All our products include the PAO (Period After Opening). The pictogram of the open jar indicates the recommended period of use after opening the jar, it is generally 12 months (12M).
What types of ingredients are used in SAMPAR products?
Our products include a large percentage of natural aromatic ingredients and high-tech active ingredients. To know the precise composition of our products, you can refer to the “Active ingredients” section of each product on the site.
How Much Does Shipping Cost?
Shipping is free for orders over £50. All orders under £50 will be charged at a flat rate of £4.95.
How Long Will It Take to Get My Package?
Deliveries are made by Royal Mail or DHL and take place on Monday to Friday, excluding public holidays, usually within the hours of 9am and 5pm GMT. Most orders are delivered within 5 business days.
Please be aware that we aim to dispatch items within 48 hours of receiving payment. Orders are shipped and delivered Monday to Friday. Orders placed over a holiday or during the weekend will be processed on the next business day. Packages should arrive within 2-5 business days.
What Payment Methods Are Accepted?
All orders are payable in pounds. We accept the following payment methods:

How long will it be before I get a refund?
Once we receive your item(s) back, our returns department will inspect and restock the goods. Once our returns department have done this, an automated refund is generated on our system. Your outstanding refund is then processed by our accounts department back to your original payment method. This process typically takes 5-7 working days. When returning your products please remember to include your original invoice, without this it may delay your refund.
Can I Cancel or Change My Order?
Please email: support@samparparis.co.uk as soon as possible if you wish to change or cancel your order. We will do our best to honour your request. However, if your package has already been dispatched, we will be unable to deal with your request(s).
How Do I Track My Order?
We will provide you with tracking information, when you receive your email confirmation.
How Can I Return My Order?
If for any reason you would like to return your products you can do so within 14 days. If you would like to return your order you can email support@samparparis.co.uk

The products can only be returned by the Purchaser respecting the following conditions:
  • The products must imperatively be returned to Passiflora Ltd. in a perfect state of resale, in its original state and unopened packaging.
  • The return costs are the responsibility of the customer. No unpaid or insufficiently prepaid parcels will be accepted.
  • In the event of an error in the shipment of products by Passiflora Ltd. or in the event of a defective product, the re-shipment costs will be reimbursed to the Buyer.

Any risk associated with the return of the product is the responsibility of the Purchaser. Failure to comply with the procedure set out above and the deadlines indicated, the Purchaser may not make any claim for non-conformity or apparent defect of the delivered products, the products then being deemed to conform and free from any apparent defect.
